Renovation Rescue
A renovation that has stalled, drifted or lost its paperwork needs one thing first: someone independent telling you where it actually stands.
Choose your level
Carry It Home
The plan, plus oversight until the job is actually done.
- Everything in The Way Out
- A kick-off on site with whoever is doing the work
- Periodic site checks against the plan as the work runs
- Liaison with the trades or builder along the way
- A final review when the work is complete
The Way Out
Where it stands, plus the plan that gets it finished.
- Everything in Where It Stands
- The completion plan: the order of works to finish, and the decisions you need to make
- Scope descriptions ready to put in front of trades or builders
- Your documentation rebuilt, so whoever finishes the job knows what they are walking into
Where It Stands
An independent, unvarnished picture of where your renovation actually is.
- A site inspection of the works as they stand
- A review of your documentation, contracts and payments
- A written position: what is genuinely complete, what has been paid against it, the condition of what is there, and what remains

A job I was brought in to turn around
A $3 million renovation, twelve months in and with very little on paper to show what had actually been built. I was the builder's site manager on that one. I took over the site, rebuilt the record of what was genuinely done, and finished it five months later with the owners happy. Renovation Rescue is that same judgement offered independently, so what you are told is not tied to who ends up doing the work.
FAQ
Are you quoting to finish my renovation?
No, and that is the point. Builders who offer rescue work are pricing to take the job over. My position is independent: what is truly done, what it takes to finish, and making sure whoever finishes it does it right.
My paperwork is a mess or missing. Is that a problem?
It is normal for a stalled job, and it is usually part of why the job stalled. Rebuilding the documentation is part of the service, not a barrier to it.
Do I have to commit to all three levels?
No. Start with Where It Stands. Each level builds on the last, so you decide how far to go once you know where you actually are.
